Laboratories

Computer Labs :

The centre has first-rate computer laboratories i.e CompLab1, CompLab2 CompLab3, CompLab4, CompLab5, CompLab6 and Networking Lab. The Computer laboratories have a large number of P-4 IBM machines with high-resolution colour monitors, scanners, printers, CD writers, CISCO switches, Hubs and UPS. Each laboratory is networked through an appropriate IBM server. The Centre is equipped with 2Mbps leased line based Internet facility.The laboratories are equipped with IBM Netfinity, IBM RS 6000 and IBM X-220, IBM X-235 running Microsoft NT Server, Red Hat Linux and AIX 4.3.3 with 330 workstations running Microsoft Window 2000, XP and NT 4.0.

Electronics Labs :

The existing Electronics based laboratories - Digital electronics Lab, Analog Electronics, Microprocessor Communication System, Microwave Lab , Digital Signal Processing, Industrial Electronics, Digital Hardware Design Lab, Computer Aided Design Laboratory, VLSI Llab and Electronics Workshop have been equipped lavishly. The microprocessor lab has 22 number of microprocessor 8085 kits and 22 number of microprocessor 8086 kits. In addition, it has the required number of peripherals and interfacing cards and a number of PCs.

Mechnical & Electrical Workshop :

Although we have as yet no full fledged BE course in this field yet the department has fully equipped workshop, labs and managed by highly motivated and well-qualified faculty. The Workshop has a lathe machine, shaper machine, arc welding machine, drilling machines, an assortment of tools like files, punches, hammers etc.

Physics Lab : The labs are fully equipped with best quality equipment and trained assistants to help and assist the students in their learning process.

Chemistry Lab : The labs are fully equipped with best quality equipment and trained assistants to help and assist the students in their learning process.
